Life was named by the AFI as one of the top 10 TV shows of 2008! That's aaaaawesome. Nice to see the show getting some critical recognition!

Also, I think this technically has to refer to S2 only, right? Since S1 ended before 2008 started? I'm sure the end of S1 must've had some influence on Life's placement in this list, but it's nice to see ( Read more... )

Looks like Life was just. barely. airlifted out of Friday nights, as NBC's numbers on Halloween night were truly terrifying. (... I'm so, so sorry. *hides head in shame*)

NBC is moving Life yet again. I think it's still a good sign (Lipstick Jungle was performing even more abysmally than Life in the Wednesdays 10pm timeslot), plus, we're getting out of the Friday Night Timeslot of Death, so hopefully the ratings will get back up to better levels ( Read more... )

So, apparently, in addition to Life, Pushing Daisies' ratings have been in rapid decline as well this season, with the latest ep posting a measly 5.55 million viewers, 1.9/6 in the demo. Yes, it actually got beaten into 4th place. Holy crap. This is just... Oi. ( Read more... )

Life's latest ratings are in, and... the prognosis is not good. Series low of 5.44 million viewers (1.7/5 share in the key demo), way lower than what Las Vegas was pulling in the same timeslot last year, and... Ugh. It's not good. My heart just shrivelled up and died when I saw those numbers.
